It took me a long while to eat. I had spinach and artichoke pizza. It didn't have pizza sauce and was on flat bread. Pretty good except I couldn't chew the artichoke so I picked it off.

It was a great afternoon to be out hiking today.
The small stream is the snow melt coming into the reservoir.
The sound of the flowing water was therapeutic for me.

Truthfully I am fading some myself in my late 50's. It's a long story. I'll just say an invisible noxious gas cloud tried to kill me.

Nitrogen gas. It displaces oxygen and short circuits the nervous system so you stop breathing. I should be dead right now. I know only 2 other people that survived this.

Hi Honey, I'm ... oh wait, I'm not home yet. I'm in a hotel in St Louis. We'll be home tomorrow. My flights today were pretty much uneventful, except my flight out of Durango to Denver was delayed 30 minutes. Now I don't understand how this happened, but ... I was supposed to have a two-hour layover between flights. Instead, even though I was pushed rapidly on a wheelchair, they announced they were boarding my flight even before I made it to my gate! But I made it so it's all good. My friend told me there were places where people were rioting bc they could not get a plane. Apparently they did not want to go to Denver from Durango, or to St Louis from Denver. I saw no signs of trouble.

Hubby is going to hire a moving company. But we need to do all of the packing. Today I went through some stuff in the workshop and threw some out, some to give to Sarah, and some to keep.
I have been slowly going through stuff in my bedroom. Same sorting process, plus getting rid of polyester clothes. So darned tired. Chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia are teaming up to beat me down.

Ohhh..I remember this. You know I also have Fibro..and have found out I have Lupus. At the time I started packing I had covid to boot. Oh but it was nice being able to say no to this that and another thing. Great way to clear out the unwanted or the stuff you haven't seen in quite a while. Moving does the trick.
You're lucky to have a company moving you. We were blessed to have church members come and help load from our old house, then church members from the new area came to help with the unloading. It happened so fast! By the time I got to our new place that day the fridge had been put in place and plugged in. Boxes that were marked for different rooms in their place. Then, there was the unpacking. We could take our time since we were, home. Will be a year come December 28th. Time goes by fast.
