We are listening to the Pentatonix group sing on you tube while working. They have beautiful singing. It even relaxes the puppies. Granny, can you look them up on your laptop? Very relaxing.
I'm sorry, I know it's hard to relax or have a positive mood when you have to deal with those papers.

I have read/heard that spraying the shovel with a non-stick spray like Pam helps.

I tried this once. It wasn't helpful but I had an old coal shovel I used. Maybe the plastic ones work better.
