I like it at 73 upstairs. Thst puts it at about 63 downstairs which is perfect for DH, lol.


What choice do they have? Shoot us when we get inconvenient? Take us out into the woods in a blinding blizzard and leave us there?


Have you explained to him that you listen, you just don't remember very well any more? I have had to explain my deafness to Elijah MANY times to get him to 1. Face me when he talks, 2. Don't start speaking until he is in the same room as me, 3. Speak UP and speak SLOWLY, 4. Say GRANDMA and wait till I mute the TV.


Exactly. But that's no excuse for them to be rude or mean. When Lij mumbles walking away I remind him yet again that I need him to do all thise things I listed because I am deaf, if he wants me to hear him and not have to keep repeating, which frustrates him.

Why not get a hearing aide? I love mine they are Bluetooth speakers

I’m not sure about that. I usually get it at a meat and cheese deli.
I would expect walmart to have it.

Expensive. And right now getting my teeth and GC's taken care of come first. She needs all 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed. And her car is in the shop again!! Needs a new starter. I'm beginning to think we don't need that 4th car, she can use mine. I don't hardly drive any more anyway. The only thing is ... she's kind of a slob and I don't want my car trashed.

I want to get a good Brie for the holiday this year and bake it in a bread bowl of my own baking. I saw them do this on The Kitchen today and it just looked SO good!

thanks. They have a cheese sale once a year there. So many cheeses! If you buy the square block you can get them pretty cheaply too.
