:love Adorable!

Morning grannyland, hope the coffee is hot & a bottomless cup, going to need it today. Got my laundry room second coat of paint on & the unpainted trim primed thru the night last night. Climbed into at almost 5am, layed in bed 2 hrs in pain waiting for sleep med to kick in. No such luck, slept on & off until 10:30 Most of you are not aware that I have even been painting. Our youngest dd (30) got married in Dec. Just an immediate family affair w/ a wedding party to follow June 17th. As of last week we just found out that the party is going to be at our house instead of the park. Yay, much easier than having to have food & everything else travel. Now hubs & I are trying to get a lot of loose ends fixed & beautified before all our guest come. That means that we are running around like chickens with our heads cut off lol. Because the party will be in our 4 car garage the entrance to the house that is most accessible is thru my laundry room. Well I had started to pull wall paper off the walls s couple of years ago when hubs said stop. He said no sense of doing that because the room need to be completely remodeled anyways. WELL, as of this last week it hasn't been remodeled. So I have been scrambling all week getting all the wall paper removed, the walls primed & then painted. Now I'm working on getting the baseboard trim primed & painted. Got 2 coats of paint on the inside of the exterior door out to the garage, but will hold off painting the other side until we get the washer & dryer moved back into the laundry room. It's a tight squeeze making the turn to get into the laundry with them. I'm fairly sure I would be repainting the outside of the door again we have a birthday party Sunday that I need to be able to wash clothes to go. Got to get this job done asap. Sorry didn't mean to ramble.

:bow I feel sorta inadequate.......Oops, I mean inspired, yeah, that's it. :D

Daughter from my first marriage and my granddaughter. Very proud

:thumbsup You deserve to feel proud!

I dont understand Camping, It has vines growing up the tree . a parasite . Sucking the life out of the sap and it sure looks like poison oak to me.

Sassafras is a tree. It's a baby, so it just looks like a vine. It has leaves with three points, leaves with two points, and leaves with one point.

The poison ivy is a different form than we've seen before, with broad smooth leaves. But trusty google confirmed it.

The daughter in the picture and her younger than brother is from my first wife. We were divorced and of coarse I had visitation rights. Then I married a woman who had a 6 mo old daughter and we had a daughter together. This wife was a free bleeder and was in the hospital quite a bit till one-time she she was in got some kind of infection she couldn't fight off and passed. I raised them from there

Sorry for your loss. :hugsIt seems you did a great job with the kids!
