I have always wondered about Frosty. She was about 2 when I got her and not in good shape. She will not come when called and she knows her name. She will go to a corner and shiver. When it comes to flea meds or giving her a treat, it doesn't matter

Prob just bad breeding. Alot of people breeding for money don’t care what the dogs temperament is
Iike. Also they don’t socialize the pups. Keep them in cages 24/7. Amish do this a lot.

I'm sorry for your loss of your pet rooster Iris When we lost our 1st flock I think I cried more over the two roosters, because they were so sweet, and like pets, and then the way they defended their girls to the end..

Does-10° feel different then-20°? Or is it so cold at a certain point that you just can't feel the difference any more?

I think, you just "freeze up/solid" quicker.
