My mum has a walker similar to that, but with a sit on bit too. Here if you are her age 93 and level of immobility (not much on good days, but very little on bad ones) the Govt supplies them. She only uses it for in the backyard to carry her bird stuff.
Lil sis, has got a 2nd one she is going to bring up (or get me to bring up) for mum to use indoors (she thinks )
