Granny's gone and done it again

Morning all, yup, another day just like yesterday and the day before...
Another night I couldn't sleep. IDK why I don't get up and take a Xanax. they knock me out pretty quickly and no hangovers.
New naked people tonight @8 but only 2-2hr. reruns before that. They normally play it all day.
Have you ever checked into a senior center in your town ? Go play bingo or something? Get out of the house for a while. Do you and Robert swim?

I didn't know that Maraschino cherries are soaked in brine for two weeks after being picked, which changes the color to that of a carrot. They are then infused with a red food coloring to bring them back to the color you see in the jar. One never stops learning I guess.
Wow, Pert, that's crazy interesting! Brine, really? How does that not make them salty? A-researching I shall go, but not right now. Thanks for sharing Pert!

@pertnear09 Iwant to make a curtain to put around my commode here in the living room. I have all the PVC components I need to make the frame. I want to be able to take it apart at some point when I am back on my feet. Will plumber's tape in the joints allow us to do that? I have PVC glue too, but that will make the joints permanent, right? It will be a two-sided curtain about 5' tall.

I'd just jam the joints together without anything. I decided to run my washing machine drain outside with 1 1/4 inch PVC. I glued the joints together until they protruded to the outside, then I just dry fitted the rest of them. Ten years or more later they've only came apart at one joint once.

Just something I saw on Food Factory.
After the cherries are picked, they are brined for anywhere from four to six weeks in a solution of calcium chloride and sulfur dioxide, which preserves the fruit but also bleaches them, leaving them colorless and flavorless.

Some of the dumb stuff humans do
