Who among us HASN'T taken potassium. I ran a low potassium for ages and had to take it. When my readings stabilized they let me stop it. I did a happy dance. Doctor once told me that if I felt like my levels were dropping to keep salt substitute on hand and swallow down a half a teaspoon. Yeah it's nasty but it does work I just wouldn't want to do it every day.
It got to 75 here today. I celebrated by escaping to outside where I worked in three flower beds. Moved rock lining and made one bed smaller and one larger. Hoping to plant cannas in the larger one and may be a couple in the smaller one too. The other bed is going to have transplanted iris in them. Trying to simplify my flower planting this year. Still have two pots with last years cannas in it that I have to tip, dig out the cannas and split them up.
I love Spring busy!
Even ordered some pole bean seeds and some flower bulbs. Spent the rest of the day doing away with Japanese beetles that are trying to escape the house...dream on bugs. Dream on.
