I wish there was a way to see who is viewing my thread and the lurkers ? and I wish the new posts would pop up on their own instead of having to go refresh them either alerts or ? what do you use ? watched threads?

Thought the dr said you need something with fiber that can sweep the seeds out of the pockets. What did you eat? Safest thing is don't have seeds in the house, I guess.

mucinex is sinus . I just forget. I sure dont eat them on purpose. I had strawberry shortcake.
