That's pretty awesome.Her family wasn't too happy about it but I told them it was her dying instructions and I was going to follow them.
The couple that lived next door to me before I met DH had the husband's father living across the street from them in an apartment. he was in his 90s when he died and had done a prepaid plan on his funeral when he was a much younger man. When he died the funeral home told the family that they were in for a surprise. His investment had grown to the point that they could bury him in their top line casket with top of the line services and there was enough money left over that the family was going to be refunded a tidy sum. It was in the thousands of dollars. So it was sorta kinda like a life insurance policy in the end.

Also I thought you'd had Brew longer than that. Funny how that works.
