Granny's gone and done it again

Cool! Do you need any kind of license or permit to sell foodstuffs? How will you keep your food properly hot/cold to meet safety standards? Good luck, sounds like fun. My pastor's wife sells sourdough bread.

No unless you are a big business you don't have to have a license. I will be keeping the egg bites and egg quiche on ice though to keep them cool.
My daughter sells sourdough bread and it sells very well! She is trying a new flavor chocolate chip. It is VERY yummy. I love sourdough bread 🤓

It's an egg quiche without the crust. We have a lot of people with diabetes that come to the market, but nothing to buy that isn't high carb. I will bake it in the mini pie pans with whatever meat I can find on sale and cheese.
Hmm. Sounds good, interesting. Sounds a bit like a fritatta. Only when I make a fritatta I usually cram it full of veggies. Potato, onion, garlic, broccoli, spinach... cherry tomatoes on top for pretty. Lots of cheese. No meat though. We'll probably have one this week.

Hello! I'm trying to catch up on the posts I missed while we were gone. Not making much progress because I keep going to sleep in my chair! It sure is quiet around our house tonight. All the company is gone home.
Aww take it easy! Being a caregiver can be very exhausting mentally, and physically!

That sounds so yummy! I have to do it on the cheap though to make any money! I may try a veggie one next month if they go over well though!
