Granny's gone and done it again

I have spent over an hour trying to get an actual person on the phone to find out the status of our landline phone service. It's ridiculous. Either trying to talk to a machine, which can't understand me because my cell service sucks, or if I actually get a person, I can't understand them because of a combination of a thick accent and sucky reception. SOOOO, after 50 mins on hold and a very frustrating conversation with someone outside of the country, only to be put back on hold listening the same suicide inducing jazzy tune loop, I gave up to save my sanity. It has been over 3 weeks with limited phone service. 2 weeks with no update and no service. I want to get an adjustment on the bill. Shouldn't have to pay for something we are not getting!
