I honestly dont know. I will take them if they are ready. someone local offered milk. and another offered to help re-home . I was looking for a toy for them. I cant find any stuffed critters. I guess each others tails are toy enough.

Everybody beat me too it! old sock with knots or put some crunchy plastic or paper in the toe and tied it off.

If you take them to the swap and put a sign on their cage... Abandoned Kittens or Rescue Kittens... maybe someone would offer to help or take some of them. You never know. Just let people know how you got them.

Crinkled up tin foil, a Kleenex box, shoestring tied from the top, tied up chicken feathers.

They love boxes!!

I have been out doing chores. Some oak saplings came up and have suddenly turned into trees! The kid was helping me cut them down until his hay fever attack. Poor kid. Can't even finish a sentence for sneezing! Going back out there!

I am bummed. I had the same amount of votes as the winner in the last caption contest, but I didn't get anything. If I hadn't voted for that guy, I would have won! Twist said it's only a month's membership now anyway. Guess I will be looking into add blockers. (or hubs will! )

Yup. My caption got the same number of votes. Maybe Sumi broke the tie and just forgot to vote.

I see what happened. Banty voted this morning. Sumi had probably already tallied. I lost by one.

Well I caved. Went out to get eggs from the coop (because a storm is rolling in) and came back in & went straight to the incubator. I seen 4 spiders in silkie eggs. 1 egg was discolored at the bottom and had a crazy saddle AC. Went halfway down the egg. I pulled it. Left the rest. They have until Saturday to develop then they are getting tossed as well.
