Granny came with the "starter" herd the first part of Oct 2015

she was open last year which is probably why she calved out first. And I think I got my math right on 19 and Maiah. ????? any one feel free to check my math

I am pretty sure Star will be open next year as she is going to clave really late.
You have it written down somewhere, don't you?

There is a skunk outside, tormenting the dogs! They barked it down the driveway, then it cam back and was on the front porch. I chased it off, then got the hose and tried to get it to leave from around the house, but it ducked through a little gap in the fence into the chicken yard! :barnie So I ran through the hose, out to the back and into the chicken yard, got the hose and encouraged it to leave. It was toddling away from me on the other side of the fence, tail up and it kind of stopped, so I gave it blast in the tush! Haha! Moved pretty fast after that!

Goodnight granny! Hope you have a sell out day tomorrow. And early too, before it gets hot.

which part ?? or which yaks?? I did have a lot of that here until the GREAT FARK UP that they call an upgrade.
We always kept a written record book for all the mares, dates in heat, dates covered, foals born, all vet visits, all medications, any problems, etc. This was way before computers, so of course it was written down! Still a good idea.

Have all the information other then heat cycles. AND as far as we all know every calf born on the place is an immaculate conception. NO ONE as ever seen Porter "do his job"

What I need to do is have both an everything yak file and then one on each individual yak as well. I have bills of sale on all the boughten one's and everyone's IYAK regerstration and most of the DNA test results. At least all the one's who were DNA tested
