I'm fond of a lot of white on animals.
All the puppy talk has made me start looking at pups . I don't need another dog but I'm in love with Blue Merle Aussies. My next dog will be one. Just gotta talk it over with Kat since she's a bit picky on dogs...

never hurts to be "picky" Aussies are great dogs. I had a regular stayer here who had a blue merle she had both beauty and brains.

Actually there are 3 color groupings for judging cockers with AKC solid black, parti-color and Ascotb (sp) means any solid color other then black.

My cousin raised cockers for awhile. Her stud was a beautiful rusty color with a blonde top knot or "cotton top"

Otto (Octavius) is a case of looks and "special" I honestly did try a number of times to talk brother out of him, There was just something "not quite right" about the boy. He still chases the shadows of birds flying overhead and he is 10 , hasn't learned to NOT hunt scorpions and many other quirks

well he's either a little off or a little stubborn lol. He sure is pretty though. I don't blame your brother for not giving him back. Did he ever stud any pups?

I wouldn't let him and to make sure I gave him a limited registeration. So if he did try to breed otto the pups could NOT be registered with AKC . Have only done that very rarely.

im just feeding it chick starter. Going to tsc tomorrow though. Gonna see if I should feed it something else. I've heard that they need something else that the chick feed don't have in it. Can't remember what it is though

Haha Kat is my eldest but smallest dog (3.5 lbs) She's also dog aggressive. That's why I said she's picky
If I get a pup it has to be smaller than her or she tries to kill it.

My first dog as a kid was from a oops litter between a lab and Aussie. Both working dogs on the farm. My parents took my brother and I and we each picked out a pup. Best dogs ever. They'd track moles and bring them to me, turtles, etc. AJ passed a few years ago while I was away at college. Hardest finals week ever.

Abby the GRAND Matratark of all my springer seemed to also have one JUMBO pup every litter when breed with Hym Null. Cork (rod's dog) came from the same litter as Otto and usually weighs between 65 and 75 pounds.
