Granny's gone and done it again

Thanks Lisa. It is hard, but she's much better off at home with family. Hub's sister is doing all of the care, and doing such a good job. MIL would never have lasted or been comfortable in a nursing home.
She is really being an angel the SIL hu ?

She is an angel to do that for her mom. She's going to break in a million little pieces though when mom finally passes. She will feel relief that there is no more suffering, but she will feel great sorrow & loss after caring for her all these months.

Oh sorry Star, forgot you were in the human oven area as well. Glad it's a bit cooler for ya tonight.
Got more catch up to do. Yeah. Not as bad as some places (travel an hour and you're talking over 120, to which I say no way in hades!!!) but seriously thanking the gods for ac.

That's crazy insane, I would never ever live somewhere that hot. There can't be any way of enjoying the outdoors, not with it that hot

I just lost one of my all time best dogs ever.
Our first white boxer....
We new this day was coming and I had a feeling when I couldn't sleep last night that it would be today.
DH kinda knew it too so he tried to get me out of the house this evening, hoping it would happen while we were gone, but this beast waited for me to get home.

He was loved and died surrounded by us.
Poor guy.
I am not doing "this" ever again (this: having a dog die at home)
Pongo aka Pawpaw 2009 - 2017 RIP
Sorry Kiki, it is so hard.
