well the cutting of the VERY little hay is done for the year. Was more like hunt and chase then actual cutting/mowing

Then Robert, Rod , Vickie and I attended the 80th bday party for Erv. He grew up on the farm I now own. He is always willing to come over and help with Yak round up and such. His wife is just a nice and sweet as can be.

Leaving at 5 am to head to Mitchel to get arsenal. Which means I need to get up at 4 am and make pots of coffee to fill thermos's and such. Then picking up Sherry and Vickie and off we go.

this is a one day trip right ? I bet you are super excited.

I would be more so if I wasn't exhausted. Cutting hay in 30 to 40 mph winds just takes it right out of a person. And it was COLD I don't think we hit 65* today and I think out projected low for tonight or in the next couple days is mid 30's

sorry missed the first part YES there and back Mick my nephew who worked here for 2 summers turns 21 tomorrow. Not sure how he got so old.
