I feed my chickens everything. Some times I give 'em stuff and they won't eat it. Usually, I look it up later and find it's semi-toxic... So I figger they're smart enough to avoid deadly stuff. They're tough.

If I kept fragile breeds I'd probably be more careful.

Yes it is, they are in a state of emergency. Lots of business & families flood out of their homes & severe road & bridge damage

That's terrible. You guys get floods, we get wildfires. Fire season has already started.
