Granny's gone and done it again

Just read in the paper that during our P-raid on Sat we have a man commit sue-a-side by train. Just walked right in front of a locomotive. And then a couple others had issues requiring the ambulance during the p-raid as well. And then 5 fire engines tried to race thru the p-raid of which they were a part of due to a fire east of town.

I don't know about all the fireworks it's been wet enuff here but I can't walk in to see them we are having the last day of the red, white, and bluegrass festival today yet again it so hot and muggy I won't go but I am gonna burn about 30 lbs of bratwurst on the grill with some.h o me made Dutch oven baked beans and a a few roasting ears

Morning all. Camping...yikes. Darn those noperopes!!

Granny, dear goodness woman. We don't need you getting the heatstroke!!! You go out in heat like that again and we may have to whoop you one!!! When you stop sweating that is a VERY VERY BAD SIGN. Keep water with you always and take it easy - the heat will hit you harder for a while now that you've gotten to that point.
