I dont understand the size thing. I dont know what any of that means.

It just means there are 3000 pixels across and 2000 pixels from top to bottom. A pixel is a little blorp of colour that when combined with others makes an image. If you have, say, 1,000 x 1,000 pixels in an image, the pixels will be larger than 3000 x 2000 and therefore the image will be grainer.
