Granny's gone and done it again

Well it's a good thing you aren't counting on mine. They of course lay like machines in the winter when I don't have all the customers to sell to. Now they are dragging their feet. Some days just 8 eggs. Have even stopped feeding fermented feed & went back to layer feed, and da no better.
I can't seem to get the hang of FF , I have tried a couple of times. What is the secret?
 
Got the broody eggs sorted. Got the broodies all moved and squared away. Got poop in my hair. :hit

I'm competing for chittiest coop. Eggs on the board are quitters. Eggs on the left are ~days 14-18 or so. Eggs at the bottom are ~days 10-14. Eggs at top are day 7 or less, so I gave then to the duck. I put Cinder back on the guinea eggs for the second time today. It's not looking good for them. :( She keeps jumping to other nests.
will you incubate the guineas ?
