could you move them to the old gueinia house ?? And its going to be about a month AFTER you get the hens with only the Main roo before you are guareentied that they are pure-breeds and can sell them that way.

I have the seramas and grow outs over there.

Granny do you have a couple old tires laying around put them on the ground and fill them with hay that might work for nest boxes for them. Or a ramp maybe with side rails and not very steep

IMHO seems a shame to spend the kind of money you did for the Jubilee's and not "do" something with them.

only tire I have is a donut and its on a rim. I had forgot you telling me about those. I think it was you. I have a couple boxes and I have a small ladder. The box is more like a crate but bigger.

Milk crates? Apple box? My sussex would use a Rubbermaid on it's side with hay/shavings in it.

I paid $10.00? for them I think ? I should be able to sell chicks for 10-15 easy enough. especially since guy I bought them from got rid of his.

so for every couple chicks you have paid for a bag of feed.

If I had the gate part for the 10x10 dog pens I could divide and use a dog house but no winter protection. I wonder if they will need it.
