Speaking of, air con. tenant. Why is he still there if rent hasnt been paid in months ? They put people on the streets here 10 days after the first month.

that is a recent development and I have seen his bank statements everytime he starts getting on his feet the State of Colorado goes in and removes large sums of money with NO notification and then finances take a nose dive.
