Granny, at the end of the day it's just a number. Your pain is very real & you shouldn't have to sit in your chair debating to take anything because of stigma. This is the only life you have, be as comfortable as you can be.

Well, had outside chores after I got off the phone with dad, and then he came over for awhile. Nothing very exciting. It was cooler today, but I'm still a little woosey from yesterday. Swelled up like Violet in Willy Wonka's factory. I was not built for the heat.
