I hit the Gatorade. Because other than sweets and canned cat food I've not had any real food lol

I was out for almost 24hrs the one year in Florida for being out too long in the sun. Mom almost took me to the hospital.

Same thing happens to me. Heat without the burn can do it too. You should try to be careful about getting burned. It's not good for your skin. nag nag nag!

Yes mum lol I wasn't even in the pool for a half hour. I spent an hour and a half in the shade after I got out
