That was one we thought too. They are bigger. It would be fun to do one of those dog breed DNA tests. Wonder how accurate they are.

Hi Danna. We have been missing you. MIL is still hanging in, but she is half of what she was 6 months ago... so weak and thin. She has beaten all the odds lasting this long. Hubs sister takes excellent care of her, I know that has a lot to do with it.
My big dog Belle died on July 1. She just collapsed, couldn't get up, and her belly was filling with fluid. We had her put down. They thought maybe a tumor reached critical mass and ruptured. She and Scooter had been running around the night before, so I am actually happy that she did not have a slow lingering end.

good sil is taking great care of her..sorry about Belle it's hard losing a pet.mine was 16 when she had to be put to sleep DH and I cried for days..It's still hot and humid here..i bathed my silkie today she had watermelon juice all over her then dirt on that..i dusted the hens i could catch..
