Granny's gone and done it again

Same thing for a pork loin....hammer it down..(what's that hammer kitchen tool thingy called?) and fill it with stuff then roll it up and cook.
 
How you gonna use that little hammer on a big pork loin ? I would be there all week !
I never eat neither one so the pic. I got in my head is probably way off from finished product.

I manage..I just take a few whacks at a time.
 
I used to do a wicked grilled stuffed chicken breast. Was very simple though, cut a slice in the breast, stuff some goat cheese and basil in there, rub with some salt, pepper and basil and away you go.
