a hammer.Same thing for a pork loin....hammer it down..(what's that hammer kitchen tool thingy called?) and fill it with stuff then roll it up and cook.
Meat tenderizer is what I was thinking but I can it a hammer thing too.a hammer.
sounds good 3 meats in one !I had some today had ham and cheese stuffed then wrapped in bacon but i didn't cook then have them at church
