I just had a really bad scare. Big metal pan in the chicken coop upside down. I have learned to kick things before touching. I kick , it feels solid. I think, Is that big enough for a chicken to be trapped under? I pick it up and it what my nightmares are made of. Mice scatter everywhere. Squirming pink babys try to burrow in the mound the parents have made. I scream and run.
Rather of battled a snake.
