I dont have addinsons or cushings. at least not at the moment. I have adrenal hyperplasia . The steroids keep that pretty much under control. Those are but symptoms .
the anemia is related to stomach surgery . Sometimes when you have ANY type of stomach surgery you are unable to absorb iron from your food no matter how much you eat so it must be injected .

You could, but you lose all of the natural juices. Lots of restaurants use this method, which is why steak house cuts can be so tender and juicy.
