3.5 hours later. I am not a patient waiter. Tried to order guineas & ducks from Ideal but they wouldn't ship til 10/11 so I didn't complete the order. What was I thinking anyway? I reading the duck thread while waiting impatiently.

The protein amount doesn't change when it is fermented.
If you just fermented corn I'd say the protein amount is low.
