Robert and SD He wants me to vape, she said its just as bad as smoking with nicotine in it. Robert hugging me kept saying sorry, told her sorry but didnt matter . She went out and punched her car. I talked to them both woke tom up and they are ok now but Im not

You are already gone... but try the deep breathing exercise I told you about. The first 2 on here are easy and will make a big difference, especially if you are having trouble sleeping.

I charge gratitude. I want my kids to appreciate how lucky they are and for them to pay it back by showing kindness toward others. If that doesn't work, there are plenty of chores to do around here.
