Good grief, i have 24 chicks coming and more than a dozen guineas! Husband asked today, why do you need such a big building? How many chickens are you going to have? ( We had about 200 in TN!) Oh, only 2 types dear! Nothing about quantities. He doesn't care much for eggs. And hates paying for feed. I better get more rabbits to help pay for it all.

I always build my own animal shelters, so he wouldn't worry about being obsolete. He does plenty of work around here. I am excited to get started on the roof!It's nice to know what he looks like under all that hair. He looks good, all leg and not overweight. Is he acting any different from it?

Every time I trim Scooter, it always takes a bit of getting used to. Scoot loves it... spends hours squirming around on his back.

Oh I know there is mice.
When i had 40 small rabbits, i sold the babies for $20. each. They ate less feed than the money they brought in. So the extra money helped pay for goat and chicken feed.
