Sounds silly to me you should be able to pray anywhere. They want to fill the collection plate. But i am not big on organized religion.

Oh and I pray all the time before bed, when on long drives, when driving the tractor, sometime while showering.

did you see the one Papa posted today ? It was 50 min. long but I really enjoyed it. Of course , if you already know that stuff ( I didnt) probably not near as interesting

BUT if I don't attend I can't receive communion. And there is no such thing as an unirrupted hour here during the day. especially if I am trying to do something

So, why go to church? Some folks just go to socialize. I was never into it after my folks made me go when i was a kid.

OH that I hae watched a number of shows about that. They suck the sand up from the ocean floor and blow it where they want it. Amazing BUT I wonder how good that is for the environment.
