everyone has their own ways and no on faults the others . I dont even want a funeral. Straight cremation for me. I think Mother earth has enough problems without adding me to it. Now if I could come back as a tree that would be perfect in my book . Plus I guess I really dont care what others think. LOL

You and I are of the same mind there Granny. I don't need a service, and darned sure won't let them bury me. Just scatter my ashes over a horse pasture. Just not too thickly please! I don't want to founder the horses. A garden would work too. That tree cup idea is neat. No need to buy one of those fancy tree cups, just stick my ashes in the hole and plunk an apricot or pecan tree in there, call it good. I prefer homemade.

Well so much for the weather prediction of 15% chance of rain today! It was pouring a little while ago. Since i had to be indoors, i washed the dishes and pots.
Just finished checking the chicks before it started to rain. They can sure eat and poop! All have survived so far.
The leaves have been falling like mad. We will soon have a better view of the river if this keeps up.

Gran y, I've made your chicken pot pie for supper. Boneless breasts, green peas, mushroom soup. Baked 1 hr on 350*. Put canned biscuits on top. 25 minutes on 400*you're teaching me to cook & I like it. Yum
