On farm days you need to eat a couple bananas & drink a G2 or something similar. The key is to have a liquids that aren't caffeinated because those cause dehydration. Your legs are cramping from a potassium deffeincy & dehydration. Bananas will fix the potassium problem.

yes ma'am and I haven't been drinking milk much this week which for me doesn't help.

but you cant fix stupid. My father said to take your shoes off you were wearing that day and place them under your bed upside down and he promised there would be no leg cramps. We found close to 50 pr of shoes under his bed.
