Granny's gone and done it again

Wishing, I have a color genetic question. I have lavender orps and BBS orps. What happens if they breed together. Are they different genes thes colors?
From what I understand, lavender is a recessive dilution gene, so you need 2 copies for it to express. If you breed lavender with BBS, all the offspring will carry one lav gene, but you will get no lav chicks (unless your BBS has a lav gene). If you breed those chicks together, I you can get 50% lav offspring. I do not know how BBS interacts with the lav. I don't know if there is a different black other than BBS or if all black is the same. Same with blue... they call one type Andulusian blue, but not sure if that's the same gene from BBS. I think lavender is dilution of a black gene, but not sure. Just that I know breeders will work with black to bring in desired traits. I'm not a fan of lav due to weak feathers, but some of these birds form UK are beautiful. https://poultrykeeper.com/poultry-breeding/the-lavender-gene/

they "wilt" but taste fresher then a regular pickle does. If you get lazy and leave the peels on they get tuff to chew.
Mom used to make refridgerator pickles. I think she covered them in salt and let them sit like that for a while.
