We coat the fish in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with seasoned bread crumbs. Works good for pan fry.

Never mind... just read you don't have bread crumbs.

Sear it in a little oil, finish with a bit of butter and lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Ever use panko?

I have never cooked with panko bread crumbs but I did eat some with it on there from a restaurant, didn't nobody have to make me eat it lol

Thought of that, but too much trouble for now. Maybe after the pullets learn to put themselves to bed I will have time to tuck some maters in. Also, all my clothes pins are used for hanging clothes!

Mornings, ugg, Is this what the sky looks like when the sun comes up ? Its been a long time since I seen a sunrise and I wouldnt care if it was a long time again.
woke up one min. before their alarm which didnt go off at all. Bus was flying scared me with his driving and whoever it was he had a very loud voice.
I am learning baby talk. A whole new language.
TV is back to cartoons . Poor Tom. hahaha He has a tv in his room.
