I'm ready for a little slower pace. I just need to get thru canning tomatoes (that is if I can get them to rippen) & processing a bunch of roo's. I'm going to try my hand at making chicken stock to can. If I'm right on who's a roo & who's a hen I've ended up with 25 hens out of 32 chicks. I would be completely floored, I am the roo queen. I think I might have one more roo with the hens & one hen still with the roo's. Hopefully I will know for sure before butcher day.
