Popped in long enough to share my day. I have hand chopped 56 cups of fresh veggies for my salsa. Bringing to a boil right now, then after its boiling fill jars, seal & cook in water bath for 35 mins.

Black kettle is 2/3 full. Time for the next step. Bbl

It's so pretty! But man 56 cups is a lot! Bet you worked on that forever. Your poor hands will be hurting

Wonder how many pounds are in a 5 gallon bucket? Im gonna weigh it since I haven't washed or cut it yet.
