I gotta say, that's brilliant! I'm always surprised by how much stuff I learn on this site!

It's better if you have real paddles. We had a paddle-shaped board and a log. And three people and groceries. I think we took on 3-4 inches of water from holes and leaks. DH will have to boat back across to get to the truck to get the kids from school.

When a broody duck leaves her nest, she covers the eggs with down! She's also been robbing hay from the other nests for her own.

Still loving my egg holder! Eating eggs on top, hatching eggs on bottom.

The top is made and husband hates it. He got paint on his hands! Perish the thought! I can't help it if it is so humid it takes days to dry. Any way, here it is, ready to move.

Just made a trip to Rural king. 4 bags of feed, dog food, dog treats, kitty litter and a bag of shavings $110 then Walmart got me. Went in for 3 things then $70 later...
