Granny's gone and done it again

And when they are safely home, you will share copious pictures I hope. :) Are you going to let the keets go wild when they grow up? Will the broody muscovy take them? hahaha yeah, take them into the POND!!

I have a broody chicken but she's still got at least 10 days, doubt she takes them. If I had just ONE MORE small pen I'm almost certain I could get Cinder to take them. Her littles are somehow roosting in the rafters and eaves except that little isabel roo. He was sitting on an egg, wings spread over it and everything.

Maybe little Mr. Isabel will take them. Stranger things have happened.
What? You forgot the pics??

Hi grannyland, finally done with all the broth. Ended up with a total of 34 qrts, but 5 1/2 qrts are a 2 day bone broth that I made for my dd's MIL who has very aggressive Lymphoma. She is under going chemo that is 6X the normal strength. Her oncologist says she's only had the cancer for a few months, but it had already made it to 5 different locations. Hopefully it will help her get some strength back. Ended up with 10 bags of chicken chunks for the freezer. Easy peezy to throw a kettle of soup together now. Took the last 5 birds & pieced them out & froze them for future meals. Managed to get another 5 pints of green beans canned. Wont get many more though. My climbing pole beans have had the B's ~ Birds, Bugs & Blight. I'm hoping to find someone that has some to purchase that are reasonably priced. So far all I've found are $20 & $25 a half bushel..... I refuse to pay that for beans. DD will just have to buy store bought if I can't find any cheaper.

Alright, pics! I don't have the brooder set up because I never plan ahead I guess. So they're in the bathroom with the heat running.
You can really see the size difference! I think the first 9 were from his hatch yesterday. They're all totally wild, of course. Hoping I can work on that since they're so bitty.
