Maybe but I so dang tired I wouldnt know. LOL

I bet, part of it is from the extra work with the kids, but some is from the damage done to your heart after your HA. Plus you still have blockage & leaky valves. That's enough to make anyone exhausted.

I'm not certain what to call my canned tomatoes, it's almost soup. They are tomatoes, chopped green pepper, celery, onion & garlic.

I'm sure some of it might be from the meds if that is a side effect of the medication, but I would lean towards all the other things contributing to the tiredness.

Other than there aren't any chunks of tomato in it. After cooking down for 45 mins at a rolling boil they are pretty liquified when they go into the jar, then I hot bath the jars for 10 mins after the pot comes to a boil for safety.

Fingers crossed that I can get more to ripen in the green house before hubs nabs them. I like to have around 35 qrts on hand for the year.

ohh, I dont cook mine down. I dip em to remove skin, chunk em and push them and pack them. add the goodies including some v8
