Granny's gone and done it again

Could be !!LOL but I thought they was your favorite
The one I have lays a pretty egg (I think she's crossed with welsummer) but I've got ahold of the one 2x this week by the neck because she is a holy terror. Attacks me for filling up the feeder or the water dish.

Look at her pretty egg on the left. (They are usually much darker and covered with the same spots.). Egg on the right is a Buff Orp.

I've got chicken in the crock pot for Kat  I'm giving a go at homemade dog food since she's having trouble AGAIN keeping weight on. :barnie I think I've went through just about every brand of dog food. Current food is $35 for 15lbs.
One of my dogs, toward the end of her life, would quit eating, and I would cook up a chicken and some rice and a few veggies for her. Got her interested in eating again, and she even went back on dog food for a month or two before I had to make her chicken soup again. Funny, but she wouldn't eat the carrots. Those always got left in the dish.

Lauren wants a dog, Sue wants a dog, but they want one to put bows in its hair and to pack around , I wanna ferocious man eating dog that I have to keep on a chain when the meter reader comes around !!! Lol
You don't want a dog on a chain when you have young children. Recipe for disaster. Most small dogs are actually pretty cool IF they are NOT treated like small dogs.

We've had those, one mostly pure, one crossed with Ridgeback (he was a beast) and one crossed with Neopolitan Mastiff (she was a monster beast). They make excellent family dogs and are more couch potatoes than anything.

tv moved, shelves put together, dinner over . Roberts company sent a woman over to see about her working with him and she wasnt here 5 min before Robert and I both decided she wasnt for him. I told her she could stay today to get her hrs. but dont bother coming back. Only reason we let her stay was because she came w/ another woman he does like and those 2 put the shelves together.
I don't know... if she knows how to use a screwdriver, maybe she's worth keeping around!

Don't want no inside pets. We got a bird living inside now , that's enough .
Being pack animals, I personally think it's cruel keeping a dog outside alone. No problem if they have other dogs or a herd of animals to keep company, but otherwise it's like punishing them in solitary confinement and it causes all sorts of behavioral problems, often making them unsafe around kids.

Besides, just think how cute the pictures of Lauren would be with a little frou-frou dog in her lap. :love
