I hated needles but only when someone else had one. I pierced my own ear and give the livestock shots. My dogs are too small and squirmy to do by myself.

Its a free country, whatever works. I just prefer to do my own. Hugs.

Lady I sold some goats to stuck herself with the vaccine. That scared me.

Well its all in the technique. I can do pretty much anything to my dogs by myself. For some things i hold them feet up in my lap. I can do anything to that Shepherd and she just lays there. Great temperament.

I am absolutely not an in house pet person ,my momma has dogs in her house . Says they keep her sane .

Both my big pups are inside. I was never allowed inside pets as a kid, and never had a dog because we didn't have a fenced yard. I was in college when I got my first dog, someone gave him to me. Already house trained!

I was allowed anything that lived in a tank or cage, so I tried all types of birds, fish, reptiles and amphibians, and small mammals (mice, hamsters, gerbils, rabbit, guinea pig, etc.)

Wow, great news... the Contractor is going to build my goat shed at a great price! Now i can work on the coop and garden instead and get goats much sooner! Happy dance!

I didn’t mean it in a bag way. Kat literally rolls when I try to do anything to her. It’s just easier with more than 1 person with her. Mom refuses to help after a goat said ouch. At least with cattle I have a shoot to run them through..

I’ve lost my temper on quite a few this year. They run away from me now. Well the boys do. Those stupid red birds don’t have 2 brain cells to rub together.
