h20, you would cry if you could see how animals are treated here. They are disposable . I have seen little poodles running the roads.  looking like they never have been groomed. Amish are the worst.  they let them breed and if no one wants them they shoot them.  Dog catcher encourages us to shoot the strays. 

Omg that's terrible. I guess shooting them is better than letting them starve to death. Such a sad world.

I went to an auction when I first moved here and I kid you not, they had 5-7 big pups crammed into one of those old fashion chicken carriers. and The amish boys were flipping the cage, poking them with sticks. taking them out and dropping them. I said, Are there your dogs ? They said no. I said then get the hell away from them. They looked at me in shock but left. They auctioned them pups off. I have no idea for what . I left..

I heard him actually howling the other night. There is some bird dog hid in there somewhere. He dont bother chickens , just the big flying birds catches his attention.
