Granny's gone and done it again

All that talk about Spike yesterday and guess what happened... took her most of the day, in and out of the nest, but she finally laid! Egg was fairly large too. Bigger than any of the other pullets that have been laying. Never had pullets lay such small eggs as these or for so long. In that respect, Spike is "normal."


Day 2 of an ugly headache. Hoping there is no day 3.

Wishing, is it a migraine or sinus headache? I have had a lot of the latter lately. Hugs , hope it goes away soon. Have you ever tried BC powder for that?

I bought a box of hamburgers 32 pattys for $11.00 I cant tell if they are precooked or not and says keep frozen til use. Am wondering if these would be good on the grill even if they are already cooked ?

He's very handsome. That juvie stage must have got you all excited for something really unusual. So no mallard coloring? No brown hens? (not to be confused with chocolate)

I bought a box of hamburgers 32 pattys for $11.00 I cant tell if they are precooked or not and says keep frozen til use. Am wondering if these would be good on the grill even if they are already cooked ?

You should be able to tell if you look in the box. Red is uncooked, brown is precooked. Either way you could warm them up on the grill, just don't over cook.

on the box they look grilled but no where does it say if they are precooked

Not either. I used to get migraines. No way I could be on the computer with one... crying in a dark room was all I managed with those. What is BC powder?

They are probably raw. I'd grill them either way.
