Granny's gone and done it again

third batch of sauce in canner

ended up with 3 cups of seeds , skins, and what not. NOT to shabby

did the first batch with the rack the canner comes with so only 7 pints BUT then remember I had modified a round cooling rack so swapped it around and NOW I can do 8 pints at a time. WHICH I know might not seem like a big deal but it adds up and occasionally actually saves time.
