How do you store your potatoes and how long do they last ? I remember mom doing it in the basement and wrapping each one in newspaper then making a straw bed to bury them.

I try to let them "harden off" outside and then sort while bagging them in loose weaved sacks. and in a cool dry basement or in my fridge.

Well, think I am off to bed. Light sucks in here. I am going to need to find a better table lamp + Im sleepy. Last day of school tomorrow for 9 days . Ouch !
