Granny's gone and done it again

Too cold in here, I had to make a mug of hot tea. Sleepytime chamomile and mint. ahhh Think I am ruining the sleepy part by eating m&ms with it.

More tea please!

I don't know from normal. Everyone always tells to get a 14 pounder. Oh that would be the perfect size for our group, blah blah blah, but there are never any 14s, so I either have to go big or go small. Got 18 lbs one year, wasn't sure it would fit in the oven. I know people say they raise their own and get a 30-40lb dressed bird. Way too much turkey for me.

No, no news. Not even about a service or anything which #1 wants to attend. He has never been to a memorial service or funeral, so a big step the he wants to. Funny you should ask, after all this time, I finally made myself write out the sympathy card to send them just today.

The average weight of a turkey purchased at Thanksgiving is 15 pounds. The heaviest turkey ever raised was 86 pounds, about the size of a large dog. A 15 pound turkey usually has about 70 percent white meat and 30 percent dark meat.

coroner wont release him for a while.

You already got a Tom so hope it's a hen.

I am going to jump in the shower super fast. Need to get all the dust off me and the Scooter hair. Did I mention I trimmed Scoot today? He needed to be dematified, Poor guy gets them on his sensitive tummy and there was a burr tangled up and rubbing on his wee willie winkie. Poor baby. I keep getting his hair in my eyes.

Be back in less than 10 mins!
