chickens refused them. they are still laying out there all nice and ripeThose were just plain nasty. Had nothing to do with you. Whatever spice the store put on them was nasty & hubby over cooked them.
I would make broth .Frustrated with trying to downsize some birds before the snow arrives. I couldn't pay someone to take a roo around here. Had 2 people that were interested in some birds towards the end of the week & by yesterday they both bailed on me grr..... SIL supposedly has 2 different people he works with want a free roo on Tuesday. Holding my breath that it happens. Of course I have to deliver the birds, but if it gets them gone I'm game.
